Deadlift Day

Deadlifts
5 X 150, 190,  3 X 230, 265, 305, 340
1 X 360, 360
Pull-Ups
6, 5, 5 neutral grip w/band
2, 2 wide/neutral grip bodyweight
DB Rows
2 X 65# X 15 each side

3 X 340 was the only set that I used an alternating grip, all others were double overhand.  I suck at pull ups!
